People have a strong urge to be creative, even if some of the creativity is focused on destruction rather than creation.
Socialism is a dirty word in the U.S, even though many of the things we most value are community-based rather than individualistic.
Some of the most financially valuable companies are also some of the least societally valuable.
Need I say more?

Despite the desire to believe in a single God, people have a strong tendency towards polytheism.
While America vacillates over autonomous cars – and many other things – China is going all out to take a leadership role.
Most of us are wrong much of the time. Especially men. 
One of the most insidious changes in the last few decades is the change in corporate philosophy from a focus on stakeholders to a focus on shareholders. This has helped the investor class but drastically hurt the worker class.
On the advice of people far wiser than I, Cat World will now also appear on Instagram. The Instagram name is catworldcomic as catworld was taken long ago. I’ll be posting both on this blog and on Instagram. Over time I’ll also migrate older Cat World posts to Instagram. Whichever medium you view, I hope you continue to enjoy Cat World as much as I enjoy creating it.
