“Everybody wants to live a long life but nobody wants to be old”.
I am still enjoying working and plan to make it to 66 and two months, that is full SS retirement for me.
I am on a simplified longevity diet which is no salt, lots of fruit, only whole grains. Of course with sensible healthy eating too.
I like being able to help my kids and not the other way around. I know it’s just a matter of time before these are flipped however ha ha.
Very good.

If you still enjoy working, why not work till 70. Your SS will increase at 8% a year for every year you wait from 66 to 70.
